We’re an independent builder matching and finance advisory service. We help home buyers, investors, and renovators connect with vetted builders, access competitive finance options, and make confident decisions throughout the building journey.
Are you a builder or a broker?
We are not builders or sales agents, and we don’t work for banks or developers. We’re independent new home advisors — your advocate during the entire building process. Our team includes licensed builders, experienced finance brokers, and property advisors.
How does the builder matching service work?
1. You tell us about your project and budget.
2. We shortlist vetted builders based on your goals.
3. You choose your preferred builder — we stay by your side until the project is complete.

Can I use my First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) with your service?
Absolutely. We’ll help you access the $10,000 First Home Owner Grant, and we also offer a $25,000 Deposit Boost to help first-time buyers get into their homes sooner.
What if I’ve been turned away by banks?
No problem. Our in-house finance team works with a wide range of lenders — including those who accept rental history, low deposits, or alternate income sources. Many of our clients come to us after being declined elsewhere.
I already have land. Can you still help?
Yes! If you already own land, we can help you find the right builder for your block and design, ensure you’re getting a fair quote, and provide construction finance advice if needed.
Do you work with all builders?
No — and that’s a good thing. We only partner with vetted, high-performing builders who meet our standards for quality, reliability, and transparency. We’re independent, so there’s no pressure to push one builder over another.
